S	Saum K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid over 5000 and were glad to do so, until we were overcharged, they charged us for lunch although that was talked about as not being charged, they broke a light in there truck and three of the movers went to go fix the light in their truck for a little over an hour. When I asked for an adjustment, Shaun (the manager I think) was very rude on the phone and said "I will refund just the hour and not the lunch" never got the refund. and its been over 3 months. I tried contacting them multiple times throughout and I even called their headquarters to solve the issue before reviewing, I wanted to give them a chance to at least make up for their mistakes. I can understand everyone has a bad day, however the way I was spoken to on the phone, not honoring an agreement and blaming it on "not the way we train our employees" is a really terrible excuse. I haven't even mentioned the sign they broke and said "we will pay for that don't worry" and never did, we had to! Lots of our stuff was broken too during the move. Conclusion, I would not recommend 2 men and a truck, we had 4 people helping with the movie, and they had 6 men and 2 trucks, we got pizza for them and the movers themselves were nice, not Shaun though.

Ken and Nate were super efficient and professional in executing my move on June 2nd. Ken is an excellent lead team member and shows great knowlege and professionalism in handling my move that spared me the stress of moving out and into a new residence. He knows his job very well. Ken was good mentor to Nate, who I understand is relatively new in the company but showed great strength and endurance in lifting my numerous heavy boxes always with a smile. Shaun was great to work with on the quote and setting things up and the team who actually moved us were amazing. This is the 8th time we have hired a professional moving company for a residential move and Hussein, Ken and Josh were by far in a way the best team we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Great care in handling our furniture and other items, super efficient, took great care in moving elevator (our Concierge watched them on the camera and echoed my observations) and they were also super nice and personable. Check, check, check!! I hate moving but these guys made it so much less stressful. Would definitely use them again.
B	Brian Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my pleasure to have Two Men and a Truck (Hamdi and Gregg) move a heavy bedroom set from my townhouse to a condo. The experience began with my contact at their office (Shaun) who very quickly provided an estimate. Once that was accepted, it was followed up with necessary information for me to be informed. When the moving day was approaching - the office notified me with a reminder. When moving day came, they were 15 minutes early and packed the truck within an hour. MOST AMAZING is they wrapped the furniture in a cling wrap, insisted that drawers left installed would add to stability and then the two guys lifted, carted and maneuvered two large dressers and a computer table down a tight stairway with 5 landings - all the while without bumping the walls to scratch the house paint. This was heavy and awkward moving yet nothing was damaged in any way. At the other end the unloaded, brought up by elevator and carried the furniture to the condo. We requested they leave the cling wrap for us to remove otherwise they would have unpacked the furniture and disposed of the wrappings. ABSOLUTELY a wonderful pair of guys who know their craft and their limitations very well. Can't say enough about the experience. Two Men and a Truck was a great value, all things considered! THANK YOU Shaun, Hamdi and Gregg!!!

They took as much care as they could given the snow and ice everywhere to not muck up the houses and were super pleasant and accommodating. Would use again for sure!

Colette at the office was so friendly and supportive. When I was having all but a panic attack, she patiently walked me through the process. Took a detailed inventory list on the phone and gave me a quote. She was transparent with the pricing mechanics. The move was set and all this support happened on a Saturday with the move set for the very next day. On move day, we had a team of four led by Mo. They were prompt, friendly and organized. Worked systematically and by 4 move was complete complete with assembly. They made my move so seamless. Exactly what a moving company should look like. I give them 6 stars!!
