I had a great experience with this company. I had a quite challenging situation where I needed to move out during the COVID-19 crisis, while not being able to be in the apartment during the move... The team was much understanding, and they agreed to adjust to my specific needs and even contacted me with FaceTime in order to give some instructions and do a walk through of the place. The fees where as expected on the quote. Some delays for the reception of my goods, but overall I was very satisfied with their service. Thank you guys!

Wow... only 2 of the 5 sent really worked, broke a bunch of stuff. The movers were great people but they didn't all take care with the stuff they handled. The girl on our job was the best worker, hauled the most and cared the most.

Great company interaction from top down, easy to talk to and communicate, great understanding of client needs. Packers were punctual on arrival and quality of wrapping was very professional

WARNING: do not use!! Unprofessional and will ignore your emails once they have your money! Damages, and more! Sent a completely NEW worker as part of Team of 3. VERY clear he was unsure of what & how to move items. I had to step in and assist him by showing him how to carry certain items! Seemed to wander around at times not knowing what to do. Also Made know verbally throughout day he was tired and exhausted. This was main cause of extra long hours and damages. Bed dismantling & build part of service. Found bed pieces in drawers AFTER they left! Had to rebuild /fix myself. Antique dresser found on it’s side/vertically (after asking to be delicate with it). Damaged mirrors, walls, and other items found after the move. Kindly Emailed concerns 2 times, but ignored.…Only answered 3rd email after I CC’d others company affiliates in email. Extremely stressful and very long day due to unprofessional service.

I don't recommend. They don't get back to you and the drivers they contract have the same issue. Prices are higher than most and you'd expect that would come with some kind of customer service but it doesn't. Lots of other options out there with better reviews.

Do yourself a favour and look for other movers!! Coles notes are they’re, inefficient, complain a lot, and have never properly packed and moved a house in their lives. They’re definitely NOT professional movers. We hired them because they’re supposed to be the best. We have a 4 month old baby at home so we signed up for the packing and moving service. From the very beginning we had communication issues. We’d call and leave voicemails or emails trying to confirm our move date and no one would get back to us. On the day of the packing and moving no one called, they were two hours late and we were wondering if they were even showing up. They packed worse than a 5 year old. Throwing everything into giant heavy wardrobe boxes instead of appropriate sized boxes. They than complained at the destination that the boxes were to heavy to get in the house and to stack. They also didn’t move our furniture into the right places. They were also quite rude and had a lot of attitude. My husband ended up having to help them move things because they couldn’t figure it out and ultimately they never ended up setting up any of the furniture again as they were supposed to. They were here until the late evening and it was a disaster.

These are the movers recommended by the building I am moving to. A request for quote resulted in an email and text link directing me to an online survey. The survey I found didn't meet my needs so contacted the email address provided in the notification email, explaining the situation, my needs and asking what the next steps were. This wasn't responded to or acknowledged, 5 days later I sent another email asking them to get in touch the same day or would look elsewhere. Nothing received from them. A day after that I received another text offering to help me through the survey, so clearly my previous emails had not been read. Not impressed at all. Went with HK Movers who have been responsive, helpful and professional.
