M	MrDEMBELb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MPI has a terrible organization process. 8 from 10 orders have an issue with quality, print mistakes, timing, communication and responding to the situation. Disrespectful attitude towards working with clients; indifference to problem situations. Because of this, it leads to the loss of money and respect for my company from my clients. I have no reason to stay with your company because crew attitude. And more often send my orders and new clients to other printing companies. I will continue and do my best to spread my bad experience with an MPI company on social networks to alert new customers about possible problems and loss of money.

R	Richard Ellis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using MPI for well over 10 years and they now have the absolute worst customer service you can get from a Trade Printer! I thought Boss Logo and Weststar were bad. They are quite rude when you call to enquire why your job is five days late, and don't expect a reply if you email them, as they can't be bothered to respond. Switch to Sina Printing if you want a have decent job and delivered on time.

Very Unprofessional Staff, Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service Probably they should close down their printing press. They take no responsibility for screwing up your job. All my other printers always reprint the job correctly if you are not satisfied but these guys don't care about their customers. I printed 10,000 brochures for $40 less then my regular printer supplier cost but it was the worst decision i made in my life. Brochures i received were washed out and look cheap quality. They wanted me to pay again to print with right colours. STAY AWAY. DON'T GET FOOLED BY CHEAP PRICES. WORST QUALITY PRODUCTS. People giving 5 stars probably their own staff.

They do NOT stand behind their product, service is ABSENT, people there only CARE about getting your money. They make many mistakes then they lie terribly and try all their greasy-dirty tricks to make YOU pay for redoing their own their blatant errors!....My advice, TURN AND RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE SAVAGES!
U	Uncorked Media (Uncorked) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an outdoor banner printed, and here were the list of issues: - They were late by 3 days to have it printed - We asked for 200" long, they printed 194" long. - We asked for grommets every 2 feet, they gave us every 3 feet, and they missed one grommet on top and bottom completely. - Grommets were made of plastic and had NO backings on them and kept falling out - Hemming was poorly done and started unfolding in some spots. When we contacted them about this, we got complete silence.

They took the order, I paid for it & I get the call just before it is due saying, BTW we can't honour that price, it is now almost double if you want it. I then ask for my money back & they will see if that is possible. Just the kind of company I want to continue doing business with
