★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT use them for trade printing. DO NOT get fooled with the low pricing. They cannot cut business cards properly. There's definitely something wrong with their cutter. Will not refund you. Worst customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used this printer on multiple occasions and I am disappointed in the level of service I receive everytime. It is impossible to get an answer from anyone regarding the status of your order and when you do get an answer it is always a lie and you are treated very rudely. Every job I have had with this company has been days late without any warning or explanation. I would not recommend this printer to anyone.
I will not be using them again.
