I was quite impressed from my first connection with Gary as I found the quote and the quick availability to be very favorable. A quick easy process evaluating the size and time that would be required. Martin and Serge arrived on time . They were cordial and respectful of all the items in the move. They carefully wrapped necessary furniture. They unloaded the same afternoon in the same cautious manner according to my partner. Great service. Moving with Miracle Movers was honestly just such a great way for me to get all my heavy stuff and boxes to my new place. Usually it would take hours for me to pack and move but it didn’t take anywhere near as long and I am so glad that my team was able to speed up the process. Excellent moving team!! Really good value for money. Miracle moved my home in almost half the time of another useless crowd that were a little cheaper. So my move actually cost a lot less and all my furniture was wrapped so carefully that nothing was broken. I really liked the movers as well. They were softly spoken but so strong and careful. They carried my piano as though it weighed nothing at all. Suitably impressed!

Oh My God!! I know you get what you pay for, but I didn't know that sometimes, amazing service can come at a reasonable price!! Drago came out to our office to quote a move. My office was only moving to the suite next door. He came in and was so professional, that I had complete faith that the quote he gave me, almost less than a 3rd of the previous quote, was accurate and my oak desks were going to get moved with little damage. However, I was unprepared for the professionalism of the team that came over on a Saturday to move my office. These guys not only moved my desks and other office furniture without damaging one item, they did not scuff the new paint on the walls in my new office. AND, they were quick about it. Now here is the part that blew me away because it was way over my expectations, they assembled a desk that I had not had the chance to get around to. I very strongly recommend Miracle Movers to anyone who is planning a move that is too big for a couple of friends or colleagues.

We had a very complex move involving multiple provinces, two houses, storage units and changing dates. Mike and his merry band were hard-working, flexible, understanding, worked with us in all the complexity to make a difficult move as easy as possible. Our stuff is important to us and feeling we didn’t have to worry about it was priceless. Our possessions contained many antiques- they packed them and moved them (more than once, sorry guys) without damage. Very fair & competitive pricing with no surprises. Best Moves is just what anyone would want, excellent communicators, a high standard of care, everyone happy. If you tell them what you need- they’ll get it done.

Moving is always such a horrible stressful hassle. And choosing a new relocation service is always a dive into the unknown. Miracle Movers were high up on my search results and seemed to have positive feedback. They were very swift with a quote (within an hour, rather than 2 days from a large national competitor) and all the details were confirmed by email. The team assigned had a minor detour on the day due to traffic but they called and let me know ahead of time. They were both polite and gracious and very swift. I was pleased to have everything unloaded ahead of my planned time, with no damage or tantrums. Thank you for making the move so very easy: a great relief!

Can't say this enough, Miracle is one of the best movers I've ever had! They moved 2 apartments and unloaded into our new home with the grace, skill and speed that will have me calling them every single time over any other company. When moving to our new apartment that same day these guys were so professional and made sure all of our furniture/paintings were wrapped with care, placed protective covering down in the hallways and even assisted in taking throw-away items to the dump for us. If your looking to move in the Toronto area don't look any further these guys will take care of your needs.

Our move was relatively smooth, with reasonably efficient packing and unpacking (lots of breaks for the guys to smoke/watch videos on their phones, but this is not unexpected). The movers were respectful and competent. Unfortunately due to some hastiness in how they packed the truck, we ended up with some damage to a couch and a freezer. When taking apart and moving a bed, they managed to rip a curtain hook right out of the wall, doing some significant damage to the drywall. On the unload, despite us asking them to take care of the recently painted walls, they really made no effort, and scraped the walls in a number of spots. The big disappointment was in our interactions with them after the move. Because we were on the hook for the drywall damage they did to the rental we were moving out of, we asked them to reimburse us for the repair, and also mentioned the damage to our belongings. Initially they offered to refund the small additional fee we'd paid to move the freezer, but would only pay a limited amount for the damage to the drywall (they have a policy to only cover $100 for property damage, which is less than the cost of having anyone repair anything these days) and brushed off the other damage. Eventually, after almost 3 weeks of dismissive back-and-forth, they agreed to cover the cost of the drywall repair, but decided that if doing so, they should not have to pay the amount they previously agreed to for the freezer, and of course nothing for any of the other damage. Though the booking process was very friendly and smooth, when it came to addressing issues after the fact, it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to take responsibility. Given the stories we've heard about many moving companies in the past, we do believe Miracle Movers is better and more reliable than many, but we were certainly disappointed in our experience overall.
