โ โ โ โ โ I booked my move with NPM as they were one of the movers we have a corporate discount with. The experience of booking the move itself was very positive as Kyle the salesperson was friendly and helpful. The move itself went relatively well too from a logistics/timing perspective. That being said, once the dust settled we immediately realized that our dinning room table was not fully wrapped in the truck and was left damaged in a few places. Nothing major, but I got in touch immediately and was told that they had a process to provide some kind of financial compensation (based on the weight/value of the item etc.) This is where everything went wrong. Despite MULTIPLE attempts to resolve the issue, I was simply ignored. It's been 3 weeks now and the issue is still unresolved. A really bad finish the an otherwise good moving experience. My frustration is not with the money (as the compensation would have been a tiny fraction of the moving cost) but rather with the lack of professionalism and after-sales support with a client.

I was informed about the steps that they were taking, and they took the time to ensure all my questions were answered. My home was moved out and moved back in with safety, professionalism & strong attention to detail. They did a post move back clean of the home and the job was spotless! I couldnโt be happier with the services!

โ โ โ โ โ The experience I had with No problem was exceptional from start to finish. Ravneet was quick in finding us movers at the last minute when previous movers True Maple Moving canceled less than 24 hours before our move. She confirmed the estimate and time within less than an hour.
Romone and his team of 2 arrived before time and worked efficiently and professionally to load all items and unload at the drop off location. They took real care of our items and assembled all furniture as well.
I highly recommend their services and if needed we will surely call them first!

โ โ โ โ โ My recent move was my second time using No Problem Movers and again they were fantastic. The three men showed up early, and had already taken it upon themselves to get the moving elevator organized and set up with the concierge in my building before they showed up at my door. They were also clean, showered and had shirts that looked like they were taken care of - not like something that was just pulled out of a dirty laundry bin, which has been my experience with so many other moving companies before. The team was also very efficient and friendly. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

โ โ โ โ โ I would highly recommend these movers to anyone. They showed up right on time and they did a spectacular job. They were happy to move anything we needed. They were also friendly and trustworthy. Overall, I'm extremely impressed by their employee, Omar who was the lead of the crew and would definitely use them again without a doubt.
