★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MTR overestimated the cargo volume by 1.6 times. DB Schenker transferred the error to its documents, without taking measurements. Sergey Goldman from SinoUA received money for overpriced. Once an error is detected the money they do not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place.... no washroom for drivers to use. Guy here was begging and they said "not their problem".
I guess they would rather people piss on their beautiful building and trees around the place.
Kind of sad to not at least extend use of a washroom or do what some companies do and put a mobile toilet outside away from the building.
Truckers are here doing business with you so technically they are not the random public.
Also we wait here for a long time only to be made to wait for their company trucks to get ahead of the line and serviced first. I understand this but we all trying to move freight and make a living as well!
All this is at the companies new location. I won't reveal it due to security and privacy concerns. Only drivers that service them will know this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time i come this place for the pick and i make sure this is my last time. Strictly refuse to come here told me dispatch not coming here ever again. Worst place wait like 45mins but nobody available in the office. Zero work ethics. Drivers wait in a line for so long. Went there for pick up but nobody was there to attend. I don’t know how they are running place with empty office

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t provide basic things for visitors. There is no washroom for drivers to use. You have to wait 3-4 hours but can’t use washroom.
If you don’t allow drivers inside the building then put a mobile toilet outside. Truckers are human too, respect them. They are doing business with you so technically they are not the random people. Only drivers that service them will know this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hit and miss busy at times. Heads-up driver's use only docks between 1-7 .can't use The rest of the docks. Make sure you are in the dock before proceeding to get your pickup ? just saying lol
