The entire team comprising of Vicky Sehra, Anushka Gonsalves and the installer Ravi were very thorough, knowledgeable, professional, accurate and timely from the very outset of this project. We went back today to put a downpayment on the new kitchen. The first thing you'll notice about the showroom is how professional and top quality everything appears. It's well laid out. The staff are very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. If they take you to the back, you'll be shown the workshop, the materials etc. all done in house. And they're pretty good at using AutoCAD so you can see your kitchen in 3D.
I'd give Vicky - our rep - and Luxia 5 stars but I'll reserve that for when our kitchen is done.

Update: Sept 2, 2021: dropped to two stars.
We're not at all pleased with the service. Their punctuality is abhorrent and when I accidently noticed a cabinet was damaged, the installer said "no problems, it'll be hidden".
We are having serious misgivings about this business. When the combined frustrations cause the missus to cry...
The next update will be upon completion.

I have waited until now to submit my final review because we sold our house a few days ago and I wanted to test the results against the reaction of our homes purchaser.
The wife - new owners - really loves the kitchen, its brightness, workmanship, utility. The new kitchen, along with our many other efforts in sprucing up our home - painting, decluttering, repairing - all inevitably increased the value and saleability of the house.
In the end, regardless of difficulties, problems, frustrations - and there were many - all that matters was the end result. SOLD OVER ASKING.
To this end, I will give Luxia Kitchens, their contractors and staff and average rating of 3.8 STARS.

They are incredibly professional and provide very detailed drawings to help you visualize what you're kitchen design will look like. Their showroom has so much selection for both countertops and cabinetry and we couldn't be happier with their service.
