★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Konga since they were at their old location, and have tried various classes over the past few years including women's boot camp and jujitsu and kickboxing for my children. The women's only classes are completely private, the gym is clean, and the staff is very friendly and committed. Overall we have been very happy with their services for the whole family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily my favourite gym in the GTA. They have very welcoming and accommodating staff, knowledgeable trainers, top of the line equipment and so many services that you would wish you had more time to take advantage of them all.
Their personal training program is the most comprehensive program I have seen being offered. You will be improving in your strength, your conditioning, your martial arts, your flexibility, and your cardio, all while having access to the various group classes and qualified trainers who are more than willing to give you additional tips.
The owner is always ready to help you find what you need and has always been available to discuss.
If you are looking for a gym that is invested in you, your success and is capable of helping you reach your goals. Then I highly recommend this gym.

My personal trainer Joaquin has been amazing and is helping me reach my goals, he is very knowledgeable and always pushes me to do my best. Akrita and the front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming, they are always there to help. The facility is amazing, very clean and they have everything you could possibly need. Not only do they offer personal training and a gym membership they also have a wide variety of programs for adults and children. Overall I highly recommend Konga Fitness and encourage anyone to go check it out!

The gym and it's change rooms are very clean. Excellent environment. Their jujitsu classes (for kids) are best. I love their bootcamp for ladies, it's private and I like the environment.
A thumbs up to the team and full recommendation to anyone looking out for a good gym in the area.
