I've been coming to the Nation now for three years, and it's been great not just for the workouts, but also for the friends I've made who support me in and out of the gym. Coming to the Nation is like coming home. It's a beautiful group of people committed to showing up and encouraging each other to be and do their best every single day. Try it out! Join in! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been looking for a new gym to challenge me. Today I had my first workout at fitness nation with trainer Donovan and WOW what a workout it was! Amazing workout, amazing team!!! Super clean abd organized facility and the trainers and members are all really nice ???

The atmosphere day in and day out is welcoming and encouraging. Fitness Nation members are friendly and supportive, making gym-going easy, fun and contagious.

The energy, passion and skill of all the instructors have helped me hit my fitness goals and stay motivated for the long term! I also appreciate the simple and effective equipment that takes you right to the basics! I love it there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a member of a large gym franchise for the last 18 years. I loved it there or at least I thought I did. I recently quit that gym and became a member at Fitness NATION. Wow! In a month, I have met far more people here than I ever did at my previous gym and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! When I hear members saying that NATION is a family, I 100% agree. It has quickly become my home away from
home and I am so glad I made the switch. Staff and members are friendly and have the best drive to show up and work hard! Check out a class, talk to staff and enjoy the time being active. It’s simple fun and the vibe is outstanding. The NATION family is real❤️???

The coaches who
run the sessions are owners of the club. I see a difference in the commitment of the workouts due to this.
Each coach has their own style and due to this you are guaranteed a variety of workouts. Btw they are all amazing. The coaches actually care about how the members are working and progressing.
Although this is a “boot camp” type of gym the approach is pure positively and encouragement.
The gym and members are welcoming to all levels of fitness and are nonjudgmental.
Best decision I made was to be part of this group!

I was welcomed, by not only the owners - Marc, Donovan and Roger, but the other members as well. From day 1.
No matter your age or fitness level - you will be guided to do always do your best. No judgement, just encouragement.
The knowledge of all three and their different styles always makes it interesting and fun. Fitness can be fun and at Fitness Nation it is fun and rewarding.
Come on, join us, be part of a great group of like minded people and get healthy at the same time ?.
