My husband and I visited the Peloton booth at Square One today. We had the pleasure of meeting Josie. Super personable and very knowledgeable about the bike and options. Josie, I have to say is one of the best sales people I have dealt with in a long time. Coming from a sale background she did exactly what I would expect someone from my sales team to do when an issue came up. Josie did not let us leave until the sale was completed, all in a good way of course. We were there to purchase today! Thank you Josie for such a wonderful experience! Peloton, Josie is a keeper! I’ve been looking to purchase a bike for a while and since Peloton is a significant financial commitment I decided to do my research, try it out and decide then. Went to the Square One store and was helped by Miguel Martins. Miguel registered us and got us setup to try the bike within minutes. Everything was sanitized and safe, he showed us our payment options and mentioned all discounts and referral codes upfront so I didn’t feel like I was fishing for information. We ended up walking away without purchasing that day - wanted to sleep on it- but Miguel didn’t give us a hard time about it. We agreed on an email follow-up and by the time he emailed me back I was committed to the purchase. Excited to start adding Peloton to my routine!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience purchasing a treadmill. Michael was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He walked us through the entire process: booking, purchasing and delivery set-up. It was seamless and very pleasant.

Writing this review as a follow up to my initial 5 star review! Things have changed dramatically. Although, I stand by Miguel being great. This review is now catered toward the Mississauga store itself as well as the aftercare support. I had received multiple emails and call regarding the confirmed delivery date and time. The day of I had called several times trying to find out more details as to the expected time frame as the window they gave me was almost up. I was given the run around more than once after being told all was well but that they couldn't contact the delivery team to then when outside the window, being told they couldn't locate my phone number so wasn't sure when the delivery was coming. Just a reminder that I had previously received calls from them to confirm said date! Support had told me that the store would also be able to provide additional help. Calling them back twice was a joke. I spoke to Michelle who was very standoffish and typical sales wherein "they don't provide any after care support" it was very much like "oh well you already bought so we can't help now." The delivery finally showed up about 1 hour after the final window time to be missing my mat that I also ordered. This was supposed to have come separately with the shoes - it never did! I of course called Michelle back to again be told, nothing she could do to call support. Support apologized for her lack of assistance and said they would look into where my mat was as "it should have come." I've expressed the concern that I don't want the bike scratching my floor nor do I want to be sweating all on it as wetness causes the floor to expand which is not ideal in a basement environment. So needless to say, I have to wait to use this until they figure out my mat situation. Lastly, the demo bike I purchased from had the cages on it which I expected the bike to come with. I bought the shoes so I'm fine but I wanted my husband to try it out before he bought shoes and when I asked where the cages were, I was told this was something I was supposed to buy separately. One would think that this is basic feature and considering you purchase from the store model that what you see is what you get. All in all, not impressed. Have yet to use the bike and not sure if I will keep it after all of this.

Michael was excellent! He took time to show us the Bike+, got us set up with the correct bike settings, showed us how to take a class, etc. He then answered all of our questions and reviewed the various accessories and pricing options. We would highly recommend dealing with Michael and are looking forward to getting our bike and taking it for a spin!

I recently purchased the bike and additional equipment from Miguel. He made the experience such an awesome one. He was very honest, transparent and gave me exactly what I was looking for and needed. I typically purchase online these days but I specifically went in as I wanted a few things addressed. Extremely happy with the experience.

I'm excited about the purchase I just made of the Bike+. Michelle was one of the most professional retail sales people I've ever worked with. She answered all my questions clearly/succinctly and made the purchase process very easy. Peloton is lucky to have her. I was also very impressed with the world-class service and customer satisfaction focused policies of Peloton as an organization (eg. support options, 30-day satisfaction return policy, etc.).

I have been shopping for a new treadmill for the last 3-4 months. I always do a lot of research before I commit to make a large purchase such as the Peloton Tread. I spent some time with the iFit program and the Peloton app and I can honestly say that I really did enjoy both of the apps but the Peloton app was just that much batter. I found Peloton has a better selection of music and a good sound track can make or break a great workout. I went to explore the product at the Peloton store at Square One shopping mall and met Miguel. Miguel was great! He explained the product, the programs and he had a great understanding of everything and was able to answer all of my questions, I had a lot. I finalized the purchase and will have my new Tread delivered in a week. Amazing service, thank you!
