I needed a couple of additional iron plates to add flexibility to our weight bench so it functions for both my husband 5-11, 190lb and me 5’, 118* (goal weight). They were out of some of the ones I wanted and with the pandemic there’s no telling when more will arrive. They suggested and alternative that is perfect and actually suits more purposes than the simple iron plate.

Finally, I returned to the location with several other questions and both members handled it with humour and care - I ended up very happy with my purchase and experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought Octane Max Trailer in Oct 2020 with Extended Warranty. Lodged a service request for horrible squeaking noise within 2 months of installation, despite the work order no technician ever showed up. No follow up and no service. Lodged a second request today. These guys don't care, they have an attitude and shows horrible customer service. They need to honor their extended warranty contract. They are in serious breach. Unacceptable customer service!!

None of the reviews were ever put online, yet I am now consistently seeing "5 stars" on products that I tried reviewing way before they were ever there. Their entire review system is fabricated. Never trust anyone that limits your speech. The return policy is also absolutely horrible. Zero stars if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought an Inspire Fitness FT2 from this location. The staff member helped out with the entire purchase, and we received everything on time. Also, on the day of pickup, four members help opened the boxes and load them into the SUV. Everyone was super helpful. We would be going back for all our fitness needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the lockdown, Fitness Depot Canada became my go to source for all of my home gym equipment needs. Being a gym rat I needed items that would withstand a heavy workout. Mark J would always take the time to understand what I was looking for and would suggest something that would not only meet my current needs, but would be able to adapt as things changed down the road. When it was time to add a spin bike to the collection Mark educated me on the various options and helped me select a bike. We decided on the Echelon Smart Connect Bike EX5. I just completed my first 30 minute trail ride and could not be happier. The bike was easy to set up and connect to the Echelon app, and I really like how I can use my phone or tablet as the screen to track the session. Thanks Mark/Fitness Depot Canada.
