★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service lady very rude. She needs to be changed right away. I am not sure she is doctor’ Relative or what ? but on professional front, she don’t deserve to be there. Dr. Tina needs to learn how to accommodate their clients . It’s not clients job to tell her how to do that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful, professional and kind staff. Dr. Tina is very thorough with her examination to the point that I admit that it does take a bit of your day away so be sure to dedicate one day for the appointment. The selection of glasses is good. I have no complaints about it!

First the doctor tells me my eye sight is bad for someone my age and then gets me to spend all this money to "try and fix it" before reluctantly giving me my prescription. 3 appts later I went in to an appt that was supposed to be booked a month ahead only to be told they completely forgot. I'm sure you are aware people's time is precious and this kind of bhevuour is not acceptable. I paid for a comprehensive eye exam and did not get the service I was expecting
