★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this company on their location on Fieldgate and did exes exam and ordered new lenses and new frame. When i was about to pick them up I tried glasses and realized i cannot see anything they would be extremely dangerous to see. For their own screw up they now want more money so basically I paid some amount and my company insurance paid certain amount. Now I dont have glasses and of course lost my money and now lost my company insurance as well because my insurance company will not pay it again.
I had 3 pairs of glasses before and never had any issue this is first time. So if you ask me please dont even go to this place on Fieldgate because they will rob you of your money and you will n ot get glasses. Their answer is if you want new glasses you have to pay again for exam for new frame and new lenses.
Avoid this place at any cost
At the same time I never get any receipt they just throw credit card receipt but there is no official receipt of what was done and specifying the cost.
Basically this company is rip off so thanks to them I dont have glasses and of course for another 2 years I lost my company benefits for 2 years for eye examination

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchase an eye glass and did examination at FIeldgate Dr. The lady owner of that location is very rude in communication, and does not keep her promise on the date I have to get my glass. I causes me headache . She ask my wife in front of me and customer if me , I her dad? very conservative. She is Hungary about money and uses people who are new to Canada. The eye exam doctor is professional and knows what is doing.
