★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service at the Holt's Burberry was amazing. I brought in my bag to be fixed after emailing head office and I was attended to by Olivia Lewis. She was polite, honest and an advocate for me. My bag was less then two years old from purchase and needed repair after only several uses. Olivia advocated for my bag to be covered by Burberry as per my request. Although the wait was long it was well worth it considering that it came back in perfect condition and that Burberry backed their product and covered any charges for the repair. Thank you Olivia.
