★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in here with an understanding of the current demand in Rolex watches and simply wanted to inquire about acquiring a watch. I was lucky enough to have worked with Andrew who is incredibly knowledgeable about Rolex and was very patient in showing and explaining to us all the different watches.
I left with an understanding that the watch may take some time to become available, but I had a great time trying on the exhibition models and learning about all the different watches.
To my surprise, I was contacted that my watch was available sooner than I had expected!
Andrew and team treated me very well throughout the whole process and have no hesitations in recommending this boutique!

She guided me through the buying experience, offering vast amounts of valuable knowledge about Rolex Watches. She truly welcomed me with open arms and her charismatic charm made me feel welcomed. Cora makes you feel like you're a part of the family and takes very good care of her clients.

Luckily I met Tia and she helped me keep an eye out. I was so glad I was able to purchase the exact model I wanted before my husband’s Birthday. She was extremely professional throughout the entire process. She was even kind enough to help me out the store after the purchase because I was pregnant. I’m very pleased with her service!

It was a true privileged to have knowledgeable, professional, and kind person like Cora to guide me with my very first Rolex purchase.
Despite the difficulty with global supply shortage, Cora made sure for me to feel comfortable and well informed of not only the technical aspects of the watch, but also all kinds of interesting wits and stories behind the watch as well. It was a long journey to own a Rolex, but Cora made this one enjoyable. In this end, the entire experience became a good memory to remember by

With the shortage of supply right now across the board in many industries, the entire process took about a month. It was during this month that she shined through with her high level attentive follow ups. Her service remains throughout the entire length of the purchase as she tries her very best to secure you the watch that you want.
I can confidently say she will be my lifetime Rolex associate as I was extremely satisfied with her service from beginning to end. All in all, every staff member inside the store were very welcoming and I would recommend this location to all future individuals looking to purchase a luxury timepiece.

These two professionals are the epitome and pinnacle of customer service and in my opinion, set the standard for what buying a luxury timepiece should be. Their product knowledge is superior. They have amazing attention to detail. They make amazing suggestions. They take time to answer all your questions, regardless of how busy they are. I was particularly blown away by the fact that they take the time to follow up with you and deliver such amazing after product support.

As an automotive retail manager, I am seeing so many of my sales person come and go after these years I believed in more of salesmanship and professionalism. Tia is knowledgeable and professional. She works extra hard to get me the watch I wanted during this special time as all retailers are facing the supply shortage. A trustworthy person is the one who are able to deliver their promise in a reasonable time frame. Sellers and buyers need way more understanding nowadays than before.
