She was ignoring my questions until was my turn in line. I just wanted to ask if they offer pick up or delivery. Super rude woman. I don’t know why she works there. And I’m not the only one complaining about her lack of professionalism. Read the other reviews.

Every since we first visited the store looking for a wedding band, Shanice has helped us greatly and tried her best to solve every problem we have encountered. If you visit here for whatever reason, I ll suggest you speak with her. Thank you Shanice.

Went a few weeks ago. Store staff is rude. Don’t bother paying for extended warranty or replacement plans, they will still charge you to fix your item. Jewellery is extremely low quality, just spend a little more money & go elsewhere to get better service and quality jewellery. The staff act really obnoxious for just selling flea market jewellery & just continue having conversations amongst themselves in front of you. I regret my purchase immensely.

I wouldn't go back to this place ever again. First of all I entered the store no one greated me the manager and 2 other women were just talking Amongst themselves. I was in there 15 min looking around for earings but I was also there to get my braclet taken in. 2nd the lady who was seeing how much my braclet needed to be taken in had the longest nails I have ever seen and she did not size my braclet correctly because her nails were to long who wears nails that long and can't Size bracelets correctly? Any way I went to pick up my braclet I mentioned to the lady what happened she said that's ok you can wear it loose its ok if it dangles more than you like it to. I didn't approve she Said I can pay extra and they can have it taken in again. At this point I'm truly not happy I waited a month for my braclet and it should have been done correctly the first time not to mention how I was ignored when I entered the store. This place has the worst service they do not care about there customers and I will not be making any purchases from here ever again. Horrible just ridiculous

Their services suck. I bought 6-7 items from them worth thousand of dollars but now never going again as last time when I went to them and Vicki named lady assisted me. She was so rude from the start. This lady does not know the meaning of customer service. I asked her to show a product and she was just watching me in a very aggressive way. Worst experience ever. She clearly does not deserve this or any other job. She was so so in attitude. Why this much attitude when you are just a sales rep. Disgusting service. Never visiting michael hill again because of this uneducated lady. She had the same attitude with other customers as well while I was there. Should be just fired!!

Went here with my parents yesterday to look at necklaces and one of the staff lady was extremely rude. She only wanted to service you if you were willing to buy from her. After showing us different necklace options, we decided none of the necklaces suited us and she blatantly commented saying we wasted her time and should've serviced another customer.... this is not the customer service we expected. Don't waste your time here. You're better off going elsewhere, where the staff will actually want to service you.

I got a sterling silver chain and a gold bracelet. Both broke after a while. Luckily, I purchased the warranty for the bracelet. I gave it to the store for fixing. Got it back after three weeks and it broke again on the first day of wearing it. I don't know if it is the quality or they just didn't care to put effort in fixing. Now I'll have to go back to store and get it fixed. Not sure if it will be fixed properly this time. I'll never be purchasing any jewelry from Michael Hill going forward.

Went into the store because my boyfriend proposed but he ordered a size 6.5 and he was sent a 6.75. The woman in the store said that there was nothing she can do and that it wasn't her problem. She wanted us to pay to get the ring sized when we weren't even sent the proper size to begin with! She was rude and cold and shut us down and said well I tried but this isn't my problem. I don't know if that is how they are taught to talk to customers about customer service issues but rest assured, you and your team definitely made my engagement memorable, and not in a good way.
