★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this store at 3pm off-peak moment, not only the cashier was playing on his iPhone, the 2 Korean tone staffs were chatting with each other the ENTIRE TIME when serving my Sandwich. The steak was jerky dry and that chatty man didn’t even shovel all of my steak into the sandwich!!! Can you imagine having your food treated like a garbage with no serving attitude? It’s just disgusting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sweet asian and brown man with glasses served me today. Great service! I think their names were Andrew and Anas. The sandwich was amazing and the fries were crispy ;)

The staff do not seem to care about the product and always seem in a rush. The bread was cut at the way through so the meat is falling out if he bottom. I am very disappointed as the last time I was here the sandwich was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found hair in my meal.. Ordered the ultimate fries, lady was counting the bacon on top of it. After eating I think I got food poisoning from the meal Cos I felt like throwing up all night. Only nice thing was the Lemonade. Will not visit them again.
