The crew helped in a splendid way, the cuisine was tasty and my buddies were very thrilled. We shall absolutely come back again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service in the entire Canada. Very rude and unprofessional staff. First off they forget to deliver my order and secondly, forget empathy they don’t even apologise. After asking them repeatedly, the one who’s delivering has to ask the people palpating about it and then they realized they forget to prepare it.

The purpose of the visit was just to get the buffalo chicken fries. The fries took a couple minutes to serve. Even after the wait the chicken fries were not fresh. It was old, stale and lukewarm. It was not crispy at all and tasted soggy. So disappointed. The chicken fries were so good at the other location.
Sigh. They serve old food.
Next time ask for "fresh chicken fries". This will allow you to get hot and freshly cooked chicken fries....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don't have much faith in BK's chicken, but I have been trying to get back and found myself really liking their Crispy Chicken (I do miss their Chicken Strips, those were really good), as opposed to their dreadful nuggets and the standard chicken sandwich. It looked good when it was packed, clean and the fries were on point, tho not as salty.
Service was decent, and was quite busy at the time of order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents wanted to enjoy a quick meal this evening so I dropped in to the Food Court at Square One Shopping Centre.
The whole mall was a zoo this Family Day! Rather than lining up to place an order, I used my mobile BK app and browsed the Offers tab.
Presto! $12.49 2 Can Dine Whopper Combo. Select Whopper toppings, select Side (Onion Rings), select Drink (Coca-Cola). Repeat for second Whopper. Select when to place order. Select payment method. Place order.
Line up at sign indicating Delivery Pickup.
BK app inquiry appeared on my mobile asking "While you're waiting for your food, let us know how you liked ordering online! It'll help us make the experience even better."
Wait time was 90 seconds and I'm out of here! Uber Son delivery in progress...
