★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped into the Square One food court A&W outlet for only a Teen Burger.
I’m in a hurry trying to get several errands done so fast service is appreciated.
Staff fulfilled my mobile order quickly and the burger was delicious.
...On my way again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 15 minutes for a chicken burger combo because they literally forgot about my order (only when we spoke up did they remember it so I just would’ve been waiting there endlessly) AND they got it wrong. Also my drink kept leaking and I had to end up throwing it out. Overall not a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I love A&W but today was terrible. I ordered through Uber Eats and made sure to add all the toppings I wanted on a chubby chicken burger. When I got it only had a slice of tomato and one piece of bacon on top of the chicken. I was supposed to have lettuce and mayo but got none of each. My friends burger came with a very burnt bun. So very disappointed. Will not be ordering from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Downloaded and ordered through the app to get food for my break at work, waited until the estimated pickup time is 0, then walked another 5 minutes to the location, then i had to wait another 10 minutes until they're done with the one drink and one side i ordered... it wasn't even busy...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered through Ritual because I work in the mall and have only a half an hour break and with the craziness of the season ordering before hand helps me make the most with my break.
So I ordered and was given the time to pick up. When I showed up they informed me that my order wasn’t ready because they didn’t have the bread I had requested through Ritual. My question that instead of waiting till I showed up to pick up my order you couldn’t have called and asked me if you could go ahead and substitute the bun? My contact information is connected with order so it isn’t hard because then I would of had a break today.
UPDATE: They respond to your post about looking into things… it has been 3 days and I haven’t heard anything back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love A&W, but this time it was horrible! I ordered through Uber Eats, I ordered 3 combos, none of them had the fries, not to mention I paid $15.97 for each! The burger was paper thin, they probably used the patty from the baby burger.... asked for extra bacon and pickles, I got a saggy half a piece of bacon and no pickles...I hope A&W quality and product didn't change and this was just a one time disappointment and this location is just horrible and didn't care, I will not order from this location again... I love A&W and I hope you keep the quality of your food!
