★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. I got cajun noodles with bang bang chicken and when I got home and started eating, I found a HUGE bug in my food! I was absolutely horrified, I cannot stand bugs whatsoever and have never experienced a bug In my food until now. This place needs to be shut down, do not waste your time and money here! I contacted public health to let them know and they better do something about this, I had the most horrendous, and terrifying experience. I am so shook that I do not think I will ever be able to eat food from outside again, especially never at this restaurant. Also when I called the restaurant later on, I wanted to let them know about this issue. I did not want my money back I only wanted to let them know so I called and asked if I could speak to the manager and the lady on the phone so rudely said no and hung up. I kept trying to call again but they would not pick up my phone calls and when they eventually did she said her manager was out of service... what does out of service even mean??? And when I explained to her that there was a bug in my food she did not even say anything and hung up again. This place is not safe for people to eat at. I even took pictures, the bug looks like it was cooked along with the chicken... absolutely disgusting. I also was feeling very sick as I was eating the food, and it made sense because there was a humongous bug in my food. I still can't believe I ate a quarter of my food before realizing there was a bug in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Bourbon St Grill though this location is a real disgrace, which I now see reflects in ratings. I feel like this location has no love for their food and I have been disappointed on more than one occasion. My last straw with this location was eating dried out chili chicken which could have been from the day before. I also found this location to be very stingy with the coconut shrimp sauce unlike Sherway Gardens. I hate to say it but I think the Square One location is just taking up space. Sherway Gardens I love you all, keep up the good work!
