★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a reason, out of all the fast food restaurants in the food court, you never see a line up at this location.
It's an ordeal to order at this place and every time I've been here. The service is horrendous. Don't be shocked if the one old woman is either extremely rude or laughs in your face; everyone who I've spoken to about my experience says the same thing.
The chicken is cold and tough like they just pulled out yesterday's chicken out of the fridge, the staff will practically fight you if you ask a question, and god forbid you ask for extra tzatziki.

I went today for the lamb dinner and I told the person serving me that I did not want any olives but would prefer more onions on my salad instead. She said she would have to charge me an extra $1.25. Will never return to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most horrible staff - exactly as described in other reviews. The 3 ladies working the shop are rude and clearly have bad attitude towards the customers. Clearly shows why the place barely had any customers while the other spots were buzzing with folks. In the end, i had to politely state that we will skip buying food from them and went with anither alternative. I hope the reviews here and complaints do get acted upon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not really sure what is up with all the hate in the other reviews.
1-portions are fair sized. Not massive but by no means small. I would say most other eateries and restaurants have either increased prices or reduced size. This is not specific to this location. Despite this, their portion is very filling. They also do not prepack the foods. They put everything in to the container to go as you order.
2- every interaction I've had with the employees there, especially the main lady who serves the food, has been pleasant or neutral. No super chipperness just standard normal service: Polite, quick and efficient.
3- Food is always fresh and tastes way better than most franchise locations. I eat here whenever I am at this mall.
Again, I am absolutely confused by the current negative reviews.

Save your money and go to villa madina across from the location. Mary is not friendly at all , worst jimmy the Greek location. The toronto locations actually serve lamb chops and not bones !!
