★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I finally had the famous Panera Bread. Doesn’t taste any different to any other sandwich place. Good, adequate, nothing amazing. I guess like other restaurants, it’s just for convenience. The iced latte wasn’t sweet enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service at the panera is unmatched. Absolutely amazing all around. Those behind the counter, the manager (levy) does a fantastic job daily, making sure orders are accurate, customers are served in a timely fashion and that the customers receive pleasant service.
The place is very clean, in the restaurant area and the washroom. The outside seating is ideal in the summer and the great service extends to the outside seating as well as inside.
The food is to die for. A little bit on the expensive side, but you're paying for premium, tasty, healthy food.
My personal favourites are the French onion soup and the green goddess cobb salad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just ordered ubereats from this location and I am not impressed how my food was handled. I received a Ceasar salad with no dressing that was half empty and a sandwich that was not put together properly. This was unacceptable as I expect that regardless of how the person has ordered their food, it should be prepared with properly. The sandwich was good, but i would not recommend this location due to their terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I swear they lowered the portion sizes, before a sandwich could fill me up and look appetizing. However, the sandwiches are half the size and look sub par. It sucks that this is the direction panera went.

The mac and cheese is always amazing.
The juice they make is absolutely amazing, they have different sweetness levels and they are natural. The croissants are soo good, i recommend trying the chocolate ones. They are buttery and flaky. I really love their bread. Hope they can just learn to hire more people of colour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last visit was on a weekday afternoon for lunch this week. There was only one cashier working so the line was slow. And although it's warm now, the patio furniture was not set up yet. So only indoor dining was available which is disappointing during wave 6 of the pandemic here. Food was good. But just not enough staff at check-out and no outdoor seating.
