I am so surprised with negative reviews. I had been so many times there and service was always great and professional. Shoes are modern and fashionable and several that l bought are very comfortable. I always buy shoes there because they are more modern and cheaper than in others stores

Unfriendly and bias staff. My partner and I walked into the store, staff made eye contact with us but not one employee offered us help or ever greeted us. We walked up to the cash to return a pair of shoes, the cashier did not know how to do to a basic refund. Her male coworker began to act as if we were problem customers for absolutely no reason, despite the fact that we were being very polite and patient as the cashier wasted our time because she did not know how to do her job. He was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I came to the store when it was extremely busy. Bought a light pink loafer. Very comfortable. I was a bit annoyed when I asked a rep that was evidently free to help me with another size: she asked who was helping me then turned to the gentleman and said "your customer is looking for a size, here's the shoe" and walked back to side and continued to stand. Clearly the gentleman was cashing out the line up and was tied up. I would have expected a sales team to work together rather than allow their colleague to get overwhelmed - commission based or not. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I felt it for him. Ended up buying a few more items from him.

I order online more than one time . The prices very good and the quality so nice . Customer service amazing they solve any problem direct . Delivery very fast .

The employees at this store need to seriously work on their customer service skills. Had to wait to get their attention because they were all busy chatting amongst themselves, once we did get their attention we had to remind the employee twice about the specific size we needed. We waited again for a bit and before you know it the employee decided to help someone else without letting us know anything about our request. After this we decided to leave. The store was not at all busy while we were there.

Jessica had AMAZING service she is sooooo sweet and has amazing energy. This is the first time in a LONG time I’ve come to spring at square one because I have had horrrrrible experiences here. Love the new staff ❀️

I would say the prices are cheaper and you get a kind of that quality for that price. But not the highest. The store associate was really friendly and helpful. Im just writing about the welcome coupon code which they give when u sign in, its really fake. For me we I gave them the coupon code we received on my husband’s mail. But it did not work at all. I have done shopping with them twice and will not ever again.

Tuscan (if that’s even her real name) probably has one of the worst customer service skills I’ve ever seen AND she’s the store manager. I had come to the store to exchange my defected bag that I had got in mail which I ordered in her store, and before I could even get a word out her immediate response was to call customer service. I told her I did not even have a chance to wear the bag and she looked inside the bag and called it β€œdirty” and would not even hear me out. At that point, I had just asked if there’s anything else that she can do because I cannot use a bag that is clearly defected and she said she won’t take it back because she cannot sell it to other customers because it’s defected CLEARLY. She refused to help deescalate the situation and kept telling me to call customer service, which I did and turns out the store manager does not even know her own return policies. I ended up calling, they sent an email to the store and requested a full refund for me, which was done by the nice Assistant Store Manager. I always shop at spring and I am fully aware of their return policies which is why I went to the store expecting no problems. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had personally at this store and hope she learns how to properly speak to people who are clearly keeping her store in business.
