★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time visiting this location. It is really nice, lots of frames to choose from and all the newest equipment used for eye exams. The optometrist was excellent, very patient as I repeatedly tried to figure out if one or two was better. The staff was very helpful in showing me frames and helping me to pick ones that were comfortable, worked with my prescription and look good on me. They offer a lot of different lenses with new technologies and they took the time to explain them to me. I can see a lot better now and my eyes are less fatigued after working on the computer all day. Very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a set of prescription glasses, the staff was extremely friendly and gave me sincere advice on what frames best suited my face. Thank you especially to Chloe for being so helpful and courteous when I came to pick up my glasses and following up with me a few days later! I would 100% recommend this place if you are looking to get a new set of prescription glasses as the prices are very affordable compared to other shops at the mall.

Their names are Sara and Qudama.....they did not rush me or pressure me. They were gentle and thorough and very very kind. I will definitely go back to Pearle Vision for my next pair of glasses.

My wife and I were shopping for new frames and lenses in Square One. After visiting a few other shops, we noticed Pearle Vision and decided to take a look.
From the moment we walked in, we were given a warm greeting and invited to search there wide selection of frames. At all times, we were given time and space to explore, yet could always find a sales person to assist with any questions.
After trying too many frames to list, we narrowed our selection to a few pieces each. Again, the sales people were so helpful in guiding us to the advantages and disadvantages of all the frames we were interested in. One sales person in particular, Simmi, was just superb. Always patient, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. She made the entire process a pleasure. From choosing our frames, then the best lenses for our needs, to placing our orders, everything went smoothly.
And to top it all off, we each received a second complete pair of frames and lenses absolutely free.
I highly recommend this particular store. They have a great selection of frames, highly knowledgeable and attentive staff in an easy to get to location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time purchasing prescription glasses from Pearl Vision Square One, the Service with excellent I can not remember the person who helped us but had great knowledge and great customer service.
A 5 Star for her, did an eye exam with a lady doctor which was very helpful and great service as well. One thing I could not understand is why they ask for the Health Card and nothing is covered under it, which I find something fishy going on I am not a senior yet and I am confident I do not look like one. The 3 Star is because I upgraded my glasses and paid an additional fee of 100$ for better lenses and unfortunately it was a waste, the glasses are more of a yellowish filter and are not clear. I have been buying glasses for almost 17 years now and every 2 years I buy new pairs, even now with my insurance coverage I still paid more than I usually pay for a new pair of glasses at another store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been looking for a pair of prescription sunglasses for a while now. I walked into the store as I was very satisfied with the glasses I purchased at their Heartland location.
Chloe was very helpful and has a good sense of style. She picked out a few frames for me to try on, and all the glasses very well suit the shape of my face. She even picked out regular glasses and informed me that they could put polarized lenses in any frame. This made the shopping experience delightful. I did not feel my selection was limited as I was able to choose from a great selection, and even had the option to customized the color of the lenses. I ended up getting a rectangular black & gold frame with grey lenses.
The process after was also very smooth. I had to send my prescription the day after and Raman was quick to respond. She finalized my order and sent the glasses to the lab for processing immediately. I was in no rush but appreciated the effort for making me a priority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going to the optometrist during a pandemic is a bit of a challenge. I was really pleased with the efforts taken by Perle Vision at Square One, to ensure a safe eye testing and glasses buying experience.
The staff was very courteous, kind and helpful. They understood my needs, understood what I was looking for. It was a good experience and I will surely be using them for my next eye exam. My glasses fit perfectly. Thank you!!
