★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in a couple days ago and not a lot of people were working. The one employee I did encounter was more interested to be on her phone than actually help out the customers. Was not welcomed or greeted into the store, or asked for any help while I was shopping.
When I went up to pay is the only time I had an interaction with her. I really needed a dress for an event I had that day, or I would have left.
She was a bit short, very long black hair, and I believe had a tattoo on her wrist or arm. Wish I had gotten her name!
I have been shopping at torrid for a very long time, usually go to the bramalea location and never have any issues, as their customer service is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would love to shop here more often but it is unnecessarily expensive considering that most items are NOT in stock at the retail stores but only online, and the company charges a $48 USD shipping fee for any orders shipped to a Canadian residential address. All items are priced US dollars, so they’re expensive to begin with.
The most absurd fact is that their items are not even being shipped from the US at all, they’re actually being shipped from a location in Etobicoke.
I think it would be best for their business practices to change for Canadian customers, if they want to be more successful, and most importantly: have happy customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager is very rude (blonde)and she claimed to be the manager. She tried to enforce policies that she could not present to me that even existed. Please invest in individuals who truely care about customer service and not power tripping. Store has no selection of anything either so just go somewhere else where you will be valued.

I am only writing this review because I cannot get in contact with any customer service rep. I placed an order on Oct 25th. Then I got an email Nov 10 that stated my order was delivered. I didn't receive any package, I checked everywhere in my building and with my superintendent and no package was found. So I sent an email asking where my package was. No response. I've call the customer service line which made me wait 20minutes on hold and then they just hang up. Call again and the same thing happened. This was like $100+ order...I need to get in contact with someone for a refund or for someone to ship it again. This is completely unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing service at this location, specifically want to shout out Nadii, Melody, and Christine (Probably not getting the names 100% right) Who were so patient, helpful, and on point for the nearly 2 hours we were in the store helping my roommate rebuild her work wardrobe. Really just excellent customer service!
