★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for a suit for a special event, no help whatsoever from one girl that looked like she didn't even want to be there, didn't even greet nor ask if I needed help! Couldn't find what I was looking for so decided to go elsewhere, came back to look again and finally found something after getting pointers from staff from another store! This time there was another person, a woman. After trying everything on, it fit just right, the second woman found me my size pants, by this time I'm running late so I asked if she could hold it for me, her whole demeanor changed! How long for she asked? Said until end of day, she said no I can't. So rude, this is why the store is empty I'm guessing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended this location on November 10, 2019 and purchased a handsome Canada Weather Gear jacket at a reasonable price of $99.99 plus tax. I was so happy with my purchase that I immediately put it on, and drove home. When I went to remove the jacket by unzipping it, the zipper was jammed . I noticed that the bottom of the zipper was undone and missing a tooth! Very upsetting that now I will need to replace the zipper on a new jacket. I can see why I paid 100 dollars for a 400 dollar jacket. No more international clothiers for me! They lost a customer!
