★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BR is my favourite store. The style and quality for its price point is bar none. The location is adequately sized. Sure it doesn't have everything compared to other locations (Eaton centre is probably the best location) but it makes it up with awesome customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to never go into this store. Now I never leave the mall without going in and buying something. Service has been 5 star plus. I thought nothing would fit me or would appeal to my style but I was so wrong. I have been missing out for years! Thank you for great service and excellent quality clothing.

All thanks to Ifra and her prompt assistance in helping me select instore options and also to order the size which wasn't available at the store. Thank you Ifra and BR!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was certainly the best time to shop with their 40% & 10% more if you by 3 items. The traveler pants never go on sale so this was great. The staff are very helpful but can be a little over eager at times. Good size selection of men's clothes for fall. It is a nice big store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here last week and the store was very nice and tidy. All the employees were friendly and were very knowledgeable about the clothes. However, there was one employee or I think was the manager who wasn't very friendly. Her name was Kim something and she was rude when I asked her about the sale section. She treated me very differently compared to other customers just because I was looking at some sale items. Shouldn't she treat people the same regardless of what people are looking at, especially if she's in management? I still ended up buying clothes but that's because the other staff were incredibly helpful and made up for that experience. I definitely still recommend coming to this store as the other employees are so kind.
