★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to commend your employee Rameez jan. He stopped me from making an embarrassing Nicki Minaj zebra Jordan purchase and prevented me from becoming a walking ick. He also gave some other great suggestions for a size 11 woman who has trouble finding her shoe size. Five stars from me!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! We are from a small town and are here for a hockey tournament. Decided to go for some retail therapy. My sons 14 and needing some new clothes. Of course Nike was the go to. We were approached with friendly and genuinely friendly service from multiple employees. Staff all help each other which is awesome to see. We had Josette C helping us and she is AMAZING! Thank you for giving us a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my eye on a pair of shoes. Tried them on once w an associate but she wasn't very kind so didn't feel like purchasing anything that day.
However when I returned another day and was helped by Victoria, completely different experience.
She was incredibly kind and eager to assist me.
I'll be returning simple because of her ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were assisted by Christian. Though not intrusive, he wasn't the most patient. I did not find the best range for shoes for women. A more wider range would be appreciated.
The final sale policy is concerning, though. There are no refunds issued if required. As a customer, I urge the store to work to correct this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could have given a minus 1 if there was a choice. My son picked up a shoe on display and some employee named Tristan aggressively snatched the shoe from my son's hands to put it in a box for another customer. Even after sharing this with his manager, the level of indifference and arrogance on this Tristan fellow's face was to be seen. Sure you're Nike and people walk in just for the name, learning a bit of courtesy wouldn't harm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down, one of the best Nike stores I've personally been to. Every time I've visited, their selection is always on point. I've seen on multiple different occasions certain dunks and AJ1 lows / highs on shelves. It may have been good timing but nonetheless impressive to see. Beyond hyped sneakers however, the staff are quick to help you out and very kind regardless of the store being extremely busy and crowded. It's definitely worth visiting and even lining up for.
