That did not bring us down because we ran into our favorite staff member in the perfume department!! She is so knowledgeable and welcoming ?? ? We are sure to return next week to stock up on the great deals for cologne and perfume items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shoe department needs work! Serving staff before customers which is fine BUT staff shouldn’t jump the line. I waited patiently while a staff member jumped the line looking for slippers with a box. Then another staff member asks me what I waiting for with a shoe in my hand in the shoe department? I need to see if you have the size I want genius! She proceeds to cash out a customer she was helping which is fine but then the other staff member leaves for break! She saw me waiting there while she helped one customer then her coworker that jumped the line! Employees have no idea what customer service means anymore! Waste of time the entire trip to Square One. Don’t drive to Mississauga to go to Square One not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my elderly mom to the Bay Square One on family day and she fell going up the escalator and we would like to commend all the staff working that day on their compassionate response who assisted and stayed with us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of great cosmetic selection, and there's a sunglass hut. Customer service is typically really great. Often there are gifts available with skin care or makeup purchases, and the employees are very helpful. Took some stars off, though, as the availability of products in stores compared to online is just not great. Online, there are thousands of products and tons of sizes. In store, I can never seem to find my size, or most of the clothes I see online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go-to store for almost everything but specifically for fragrances. Love Margaret and team. Super helpful, sweet, patient. We ended up buying gift sets and got a new Hudson's credit card too. Girl at Mac is superb too ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your typical two-level big box department store, filled with everything you'd need at home. Convenient direct access from outside parking lots to the store, without having to travel through the mall. Lower level is all clothing, and upper level is everything else. Not all counters/cashiers are open in every department currently. So you may have to walk around to find staff to help, or to pay.
