★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today with 0 intentions of making a purchase. I was immediately greeted and attended to by this sweet employee - sadly I don’t remember her name. I explained my skin problems and she herself could relate and was able to give me accurate advice. I left the store with 4 new products. Super affordable and the customer service was amazing. 100% would go back to this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered their Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA serum, so the first time i have bought the serum it worked magically it heals my skin like no other product can help but when I have REPURCHASED the same product it comes with a different color (it was supposed to be transparent and more liquidy) but it turns out to be really different, i have tried contacting them and they said the product is good and it changes color with time (I mean like WAOO it changes color with time but it’s still good), It has caused acnes on my face back again!!!
Than I have got another product as a replacement today and found it to be in same condition again and when I have contacted SEPHORA right away (because the purchase had originally made from them) so they said they might have got A BAD BATCH OF THIS SERUM AND THEY APOLOGIZED that’s it!!!
Will definitely not going to contact you guys again and will others also know about this…

After a year, the products are the same quality but customer service has changed. I walked in the store and said “hi” to a couple of the staff standing around and I didn’t get any response. It used to be a place where you could have a good conversation with the staff but not today (Saturday, January 4 @12:45).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really interesting cosmetic store! The decor and layout is minimal and aesthetically pleasing. The products are really interesting and high quality. Employees are kind and super helpful. You can find something for anyone here. We purchased the ordinary face wash and it's been working well for us. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to improve their skincare routine and or looking for quality cosmetics.
