★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to be a fan but not so much as most of their body stuff contains PARFUM/FRAGRANCE which is a no no to me and prices too high now. Cruelty free and vegan supposedly but their just as bad as Bath and Body Works whom I boycott for that as it smells processed and off putting like a cheap perfume. Best to go for their skincare can't go wrong with the Tea Tree or Vitamin E I use those 2 lines quite frequently. Also avoid foaming products as those contain same ingredients as that they put in cleaning ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always love the products from the body shop. I usually buy their products online in huge quantities. The ladies in this store are helpful but then they noticed me getting samples of the masks multiple without purchasing anything in store, so the told that they don’t give sample for free. I’m utterly disappointed by this behaviour. I have never been told by any store member that they were selling samples.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I initially went here to browse and an older white lady with blonde hair offered excellent customer service. She recommended some new products to me and I ended up trying the tea tree line for my body. She was so friendly and approachable without being too overbearing while I shopped. The products worked amazing and within a month, my skin has improved dramatically! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked it very much and got some of the Spa body scrub and Spa lotion. Store was clean people were nice, maybe they work on commission I'm not sure but it has that sales vibe however the people were nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought two bottles of Drops of light pure resurfacing liquid peel from Square one body shop the Bill said 145ML BUT they gave me two bottles smaller size. Phoned the store they told me they are out of stock and to go to Erin Mills to exchange and get the 145ML. How can a store charge for the big size and give the customer much smaller size?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were SUPER helpful and friendly. Saw I was carrying an awkward box from another store and offered to tie ribbon on it as a handle for me to make it easier to carry. Now that's great service!
Helpful suggestions for what I was looking for, but very pleasant and friendly not high pressure. I don't want to mention the staff members name here publically but she was great.
