The online services could use better last year I had an entire order literally canceled ? when I was just recently able to get them at sephora and in person mac like no problem. The online staff made me so concern and felt like their actions were racially intended last year.this just over one paint pot that i always use. Happy mac extended with sephora. I am now comfortable again.

They pulled out fresh foundation samples for us. On our purchase, I requested for specific mini samples and they happily provided them. Sephora next door needs to learn a lot from them !

The second time I was here, I asked for help from this woman and she refused to help me. I wanted to know which color lipstick would suit me best and her response was “they’re all good” and immediately moved on to another customer. With that customer, she was giving advice, swatching different color lipsticks for her and answered her questions. When I went to check out, the woman I asked for help was the one who rang me up. I should’ve asked for a different person because I know she put herself as the one who “helped” me when she never did. I have been told Mac employees discriminate by race and whether someone appears more inclined to wear makeup. I didn’t want to believe it after this experience, it’s unfortunately the truth.

I didn't have my receipt, fair enough, but it was on my account online. They didn't even offer to exchange it for a different colour, just gave me extremely rude "nothing we can do" attitude. Definitely go to Sephora, you will get 10x better help and customer service.

Heather was so lovely and helpful and actually really listened to my concerns and addressed them. She explained how each product would suit my needs. Heather was thorough and thoughtful. She gave me a few options to choose from without overwhelming me. Tested and demonstrated them all and told me about the sales and promotions. Honestly it's been a while since someone took their time to really help me having most of my makeup expire over the pandemic and needing to start fresh again with some basics. Truly an expert in her field.
