★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t EVER come here for waxing services. The woman who does the waxing does not know what she’s doing at all and she got offended when I tried to tell her how to do it properly.
Like honestly, I came here because I’m too lazy to do it myself at home but she’s terrible. Not only did I STILL have hair on my body, but 75% of the hairs that were “waxed” were actually just cut off rather than actually pulled out properly from the root. She does it too fast and she doesn’t leave the material strips on for a few seconds before pulling... she just pulls everything straight off causing you a LOT of unnecessary pain and hair left.
Just seriously don’t ever come here for waxing. Pay more money and get it done properly. Take my word for it, I’m a beauty guru and I’m into all of this stuff so I know what I’m saying.

That extra wastage of oxygen don't even know how to provide a customer service in a way that customer comes back to you again and again. They have also messed up my address and account info, as I am no longer getting any coupons in my mail. What a waste of my money that I spent there! I applied for my membership in October which was my birthday month, and despite being eligible of recieving a Birthday gift, she said "No!! NOT THIS TIME,NOW YOU ARE JUST PUSHIING IT!!!""
I am pushing it?? Sorry not sorry i dont get at what point of you signing me up for a membership and providing me with welcome pack, did I PUSH you giveaway wise???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say, I went there a week ago and wanted something to lift my neck and have great products and the one who served me , made me feel awful!! She said to me I needed to have a lift on my neck!! She had no right to tell me this as I have anxiety about my looks!! I still bought the products but she has to be more delicate towards women who have issues about there looks!! I should have a special price when I go back and not to be served be her anymore !! She made me cry when I got home!!

Anyway usually great deals to be had.
And the rewards are great. I got a free bottle of perfume when i got to level 3!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Yves Rocher products since I moved to Paris. I love the products and I love their rewards program. After moving to Canada, I was delighted to find this store. Their products are the same and the customer service is great. The loyalty program has no match anywhere.
I have also used their hair removal services. Daniella does an awesome job. I am all praises for her professional skills. She is also an exceptional conversationalist.
I definitely recommend going there.

The staff is always welcoming and helpful.
