★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travel all the way from downtown to see this place. The place is clean, the receptionist is delightful and my wax person Irena is quick, professional and very skilled. She also takes pride in her job.
The prices are a bit high ( the reason for the 4 stars) but the service is top notch!
By the way I truly recommend using nufree for waxing it's definitely less painful than traditional wax or sugaring. For people with sensitive skins or darker skin tones it's the best in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a great experience today with Muskaan who did my Brazilian wax. It was my first time getting waxed and as a plus size women with insecurities she definitely made me feel very comfortable. She was so kind, professional, and understanding! I would definitely recommend her to anyone! The lady at the front desk was also very nice! Overall the place its self is very clean as well! I tried nufree for the first time and would totally recommend using that for waxing! Pain free 2/10 and no redness! I also took Tylenol before hand and I have finer hair! Overall experience was amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks Muskaan for making my first time experience a great one! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very please with my service and glad to say I would definitely be coming back again. I had Van do my waxing. I initially came in for sugaring however Van educated me onNufree and how she recommends it for her clients with course hair textures. Let me tell you my experience with her was seamless and very pleasant. She answered my questions and made the overall atmosphere comfortable. The salon itself was very clean and well maintained. Their prices were reasonable and I also picked up some finipil as it was recommended to help with ingrowns. I would recommend Bikiwax to all my friends especially encourage them to try Nufree as i found the pain level to be quite manageable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my very first time getting a Brazilian Wax. I felt nervous by the fact it would be painful, it was my first time and that I would feel uncomfortable in a lot of ways but omg. I felt very comfortable, she had a lot of patience and she was doing her job professionally. Irene was the only who assisted me and I should say she’s just perfect. The way she was doing her job, she was doing it with love and care and she did an absolutely great job. I see she loves what she does and she wanted to help me out. This place is just perfect. The environment is clean, the customer service is great and it’s just perfect here. I love it all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van is the best. My eyebrows are uneven naturally like one sits a little higher than the other but she is able to even them out. The office is clean and bright. Everyone is distanced and wearing a mask. It feels very safe they do a great job. There are never too many people in the office or in the waiting area the client times are spaced out so you feel safe. The price for an eyebrow wax is very very reasonable . I used to go to the sephora wax bar but I found this clinic and will never go back. Van listens to how I want my eyebrows and makes sure I dont over thin them to keep a very light natural soft glam look for when I put makeup on. I will come here for as long as I live in the area and even if I move away I’ll probably still come to see Van.
