★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment with Caroline. She was great. Really knowledgeable. She contacted me prior to the appointment to make sure she had all the information she needed. She explained really well why some vaccines were recommended for the country I was traveling too and provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision. I will definitely recommend her to anyone traveling to Asia. She was able to accommodate a last minute appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! Raeyva, the nurse, was prepared, competent, and very nice and patient with our two young kids. No wait whatsoever when we arrived and she took all the time required to take good care of us. Honestly, from now on we will go to Passport Health for our travel immunization needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurse Caroline was extremely helpful! She was informative and thorough, and game me a ton of information (printed out an highlighted as well) for my trip to Kenya. She was also very helpful in getting me an appointment for my Yellow fever vaccine, and getting my prescription for malaria pills since the one I had is in french and was difficult to have filled here in Ontario. She even checked in on how I was feeling and how my arm was the day after my vaccinations. Definitely recommend this clinic for any travel consultations and vaccinations!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the nurse who was at the desk very thorough and experienced. The great thing about Passport Health is that even if you can't come in a certain day during their office hours, you can go to another Passport Health with extended hours to get your immunization/medication. The nurse was very patient while I called the insurance several times to make sure that my medications were covered. Also, she was able to tell me what the risks were in traveling to Central America (high risk country for different diseases) and what to do while I am there.
It was a $70 dollar fee for consultation (I had $10 off because I submitted a medical form online) so it was worth it to me because I have to travel to a high risk country. But if you are traveling to a pretty safe country (i.e. Japan, US), it might not be as worth it for you to go to the clinic. Overall, service was 5/5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely stunning experience at this location. Every single time - yes, I am a returning customer. Raeyva is exceptional when it comes to her job. I have never met anyone who is as happy, cheerful, easy going, yet extremely competent, and informative! My wife and I love to travel the world, and we ensure that our experiences are not dampened by unexpected illness. Huge thank you to Raeyva and Pass Health Mississauga! After getting the vaccines, my wife and I had done a blood test at a separate clinic (family doctor) to ensure that we have the immunity and didn't spend our money on "placebo vaccine". The results came in showing that Passport Health did their job well! Vaccines work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first experience with travelling on my own as well as needing vaccines and Caroline Tran completely took care of me! Unfortunately due to my work schedule I had to come close to the end of the day which meant our meeting ran past the end of her day and I didn't hear a thing about it from her, she was perfectly cheerful and lovely our whole consultation! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and I will definitely be seeing her again for any future travel plans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! Raeyva explained everything I needed to know for my travels including risks, why some vaccinations were recommended, and answered all questions! She also provided the perfect plan for taking vaccination pills at home that made me feel at east.
At first I was skeptical about the fee - but would 100% recommend and return! Took all the guess work out of googling vaccinations I might need for my trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I had an appointment with Raeyva a month prior to our trip to Asia. She was so knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with / learn from. She was open and honest in her communications and you could tell her detailed information and recommendations came from a her expertise in travel, medicine and geography. I felt that the prices here were fair and comparable. Best of all, she was able to keep my girlfriend (a "worrywart" if you will) at ease. She was easy to talk to and felt extremely trustworthy. I'd come back here 10x over
