★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad. Even after call them to say everywhere rate was updated as 275 yesterday , they still given 240 Rs for Srilanka. Customer service told we are giving best price than others in Toronto.
For her 240 is higher than 275????
Extremely cheating the customers who not aware about the current currency exchange

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was so disappointed. My wallet was already funded 24 hours before I made a transaction. Hours after doing the transfer history showed that money was released. I had to contact my planner/coor who live 4 towns away from us to collect the payment as my mother, ( the recipient ) will be withdrawing the money soon before she comes. It turned out the transaction was changed from released to " in progress " putting me and my mother in a tough spot. I have been using this for over a year and this has happened 3 times now.Not reliable !

Very disappointed, money is e-transfer to Remittbee 5 days back.
still beneficiary didn't get the money to the account, escalated no response, call them directly no solid answer, I am really worried it is bigger amount also, in this 5 days exchange rate went up by 1CA$-50SLR, this money was send for an urgent request couldn't expect this type of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Remitbee for a few years now and it has served me very well. I would highly recommend this product. The exchange rates are very very competitive, and my transfers have been very fast. I once had a small issue but a quick phone call fixed it. RemitBee has improved the website lately and it is now easier to use and quicker to deposit funds. I will admit at first I was skeptical, but its shown to be perfect for me. Its cheap, fast and safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a negative star I would. I wanted a simple exchange - they promise up to two days. After 72 hours (actually more but giving them credit for a long weekend) still no money. I requested to cancel the transaction. By phone and by email - so I had a trail. The customer service rep is the same one all the time and gives same message all the time (useless "I will escalate"). Then after another 48 hours it suddenly happens (luckily I had enough in the US account). So no integrity and horrible customer service. BEWARE - I went to my bank and did pay .006% more - and had the bother of going to do it in person. The savings I could have had of $100 is not worth the aggravation and the worry. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
