★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t even bother reaching out to these people. They clearly do not take mental health seriously. I tried reaching out to them severally for 3 months, did consultations with therapists but none of the admin staff ever got back to me with booking an appt bringing me back to square one each time and leaving me hanging in a time of need. Very terrible experiences with them. Peak incompetency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working with this agency was seamless and stress free. I was matched with an amazing psychotherapist who was able to help me get through issues I struggled to deal with on my own. Speaking with people of colour was definitely a bonus as she was able to relate to many of the cultural issues I experience on a day-to-day basis. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is in need.

Danielle responds to all messages (no matter how small) swiftly and professionally and consistently goes above and beyond. My counsellor is great and has really supported me since we started our sessions. I have already recommended the team to friends and family, and I hear the same great things from them as well.
