From the first meeting i had with Ornella, i could tell that there was a definate need to get down on my level to help me understand what im truly feeling and help me make full sence of the situation so that i have the ability to move forward with a proper solution! Today, many months later, i now see things with heavy clarity because of all of the work put in to work through many situations within my life that needed proper changing! Her words, guidence, and natural homework with every meeting, along with my applying those words, guidence and homework in the real world changed me as a person for the better! That is what Ornella Harris means to me when i think of her and all she has done to help me! Thank you Ornella i really do feel like a me ive never been before!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Life can be all kinds of amazing and stressful things, and sometimes you just need a little help or coaching. Ornella creates a safe, judgement-free environment to talk. I had been in and out of counseling for years and was feeling like I still had no idea how to deal with certain things; family and friends are amazing but I genuinely needed a non biased life coach and that is exactly what I’ve found with Ornella. In the months I’ve been seeing Ornella I’m more equipped to handle stress, can organize my thoughts and can prioritize my energy/efforts better. She asks real thought provoking and challenging questions to guide you and provides alternate views. She’s amazing and worth the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I definitely feel instantly more positive and optimistic after seeing Ornella. I felt at ease after the first session and I was completely nervous. She just lets me talk about anything! She listens attentively and gives me a different outlook, different perspective that I otherwise would not have gotten if I had not started therapy with her. I agree with a lot of the other reviews about Ornella - she is a skillful listener and helps me to set positive goals with personal growth in mind. I would absolutely recommend her if you need someone good to talk to.
