Mike, Arie and team did a fantastic job of my master bath reno as well as hardwood flooring install and a kitchen upgrade. They were professional, outstanding attention to detail and very tidy. I will definitely hire them again!

There were very few minor issues which were easily resolved . Denis and Ari did a great job on the new shower. I will definitely use this company for my next renovation job.

His team at 310 RENO completed my shower room from floor tiles, wall tiles and new drywall in a highly professional manner. As a perfectionist I have been trying to find faults and have been unsuccessful: they did not take any short-cuts and all the work has been done to a very high standard and professional finish. Each time I take a shower it feels like I am in someone elses luxury apartment: the difference from the typical builder work before to what it is now could not be more stark. When it came time to pay, Mike refused to accept until after he personally came and inspected that everything was to my satisfaction 100%. This is a rare kind of craftsman, you will not regret finding his company.

But to be fair, we couldn’t have known it would have been impacted due to seasonal nature of this equipment. I wrote out a pretty grumpy review which I have now edited. I intend to expand on my review later but I must say I don’t recommend working with them.

They have an inhouse interior designer and offer wide selection of materials to choose from. The crew showed up religiously and worked hard. The job was completed on time and within budget. No regrets and will strongly recommend to anyone looking to do their basement.
A	Abbas M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to provide some feedback in the overall experience dealing with Alexandra. We have had 3 interactions with her and each time she has shown up late. After the first phone call, she was supposed to send me a link to confirm an in-person meeting and it took 1 week for her to send it to me (I sent her 2 reminders), and she still didn't respond till a week later. The second meeting (in person), she again showed up late. This last meeting was supposed to be a zoom call. Nine minutes before the meeting she messages me that she would be late by 10 min. I joined 10 min later and she still did not show up. I tried to call her, and she didn't pick up. Finally, when I did get a hold of her, she gave me a ton of attitude. I asked her for an email quote, something all the other companies we are working with were more than happy to do. When I asked her for a ballpark figure, she again gave me more attitude, telling me that she already did initially. She did, however, we asked for one more bathroom to be done, hence providing you more business, and she accused me of springing that on her. Personally I would think that she would be happy to get more business. Not to mention, the arrogance of her thinking my time is free as well for her to show up as needed even though there was a commitment made. Anyway, the attitude and rudeness continued till I had to hang up on her. Suffice it to say we will not be going with you. I work as a manager as well, and if I had an employee like that, I would make sure she is coached, or let go if this is not the right role. Thank you.

He explained things really well and was very easy to talk to. Alexandra their designer really knows her stuff and pays attention to detail. Mark who did our renovations also explained things really well and did a beautiful job. Everyone at 310 Reno was not just professional but also really nice. I would not hesitate to have them come back to do our kitchen when we are ready and I would love for Alexandra to design it! All in all we had a very positive experience.
