β β β β β Always order online first! The lady downstairs told me my $76 USD would only get me $89 CAD. I showed her the conversion rate on the ICE website since it shouldβve been closer to $99 but she started yelling that I canβt get that much because thatβs the βstock rateβ, so I kindly declined. Went online right after and turns out you can order money and pick it up right away, and I ended up getting 99.50CAD (picked it up upstairs instead).

β β β β β Wish it went better. There are two locations. The "upstairs" location listed in confirmation email is actually a travel agency. Went to the first location and the woman told me she didn't have enough for my order (not that my order might be in a different location) and tried to get me to buy the currency at the airport. When I said that I was going to call the office she then mentioned the second location in the mall. When you check the mall directory, it only explicitly lists the downstairs location which is why I went there first. The mall states the upstairs location but not the fact that it's embedded in another store so the downstairs location says "ICE EXCHANGE" while the upstairs location only lists the surrounding stores. I walked past the upstairs location a couple of times since the ICE sign cannot be seen except from inside the travel agency.

β β β β β Online booking process: select the currency you would like to exchange, enter the amount of CDN you have, the system calculates the amount of foreign currency you can get using the booking day's exchange rate.
Problem: the rates are not locked in. I had to pick up my foreign currency a week after booking it and to get the same amount of foreign currency, i need to pay another $50 CAD.
Experience: Terrible, terrible experience. I booked JPY about a week ago to be picked up today. Apparently that does NOT lock in the rate, I was told that even if you book in advance, your money will be exchanged at today's rate which of course, was higher than when I booked the money. Not only this, the counter lady gave me doubts like "are you sure you were looking at the buying rate not the selling rate?" "I don't think our exchange rate was ever that low" "You're the first customer that has complained to me about our rates, we have been exchanging a lot of JPY these days" "you should come have sooner if you wanted better rates" I don't need your opinion and subjectivity, also, yes I used the correct rate, that's how I was able to book my JPY.
This company's system does not make any sense. If a customer can only book the currency but not the rate, why put a calculator to display the amount of foreign currency they are able to get using today's rate while you don't allow same day pick up?? Customers can be easily taken advantages of since the company can intentionally raise their rate on the day of pick up to make money.
tl;dr
Do not go there, they have bad reviews for a reason. The low online rates are a TRAP.

β β β β β Absolutely horrible exchange rate on Moroccan Dirhams on March 9 2019. Loud music inside which makes it hard to hear the rep. I'm not going back!
I should have read the reviews before I went there. Everyone is mentioning rude and condescending woman. I bet you it's still the same one! It left a bitter taste. And I feel that I was cheated from $200 CAD because I trusted the info that she provided and said that this is a great rate. I paid $1,000 where as I should have only paid under $800 for the currency.
And there is $5 commission that she never mentioned.

β β β β β The lady providing service at the time of my visit was very unprofessional because of her condescending tone when explaining the difference between their rate with Forex. I ended up walking away as I would rather get a similar rate somewhere else where the service is personable. I waited for more than 15 minutes to receive this type of service. The rating is for this location only.
Today, September 10,2019 (12:30) the lady that was there was very helpful so Iβm increasing the previous rating because service has improved ?

β β β β β The exchange rate was okay but not competitive.
My transaction was performed on Aug 29, 2019 but I would like to mention that the service was HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. The lady has no clue of what customer service is all about and probably doesn't know how to communicate when on the job with customers.
The counter was empty and when I entered, she was busy in her own world - No response/greeting. When I started conversation, she was so RUDE as if she is obliging something on me. Never expected such behavior.
To Management: You need to seriously give her some strong training especially how to behave while on work. May be you guys to verify whether she's even done schooling???
NEVER VISITING AGAIN NOR I'LL ADVISE ANYBODY TO GO THIS CENTER.

The lady does not interact well with collectors.
She refuses to even show the condition of banknotes from behind the counter.
Also it is this companyβs policy according to her not to exchange banknotes of the same currency with another note.
