★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience shopping at American eagle Missisauga branch. All the staff kept asking if I needed help with something. I remember two or three diff staff ppl came up to ask. Also the one at changing room I think her name was Catherine was really nice she kept helping me with the sizes until I was fully satisfied. Will def shop again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent my whole day shopping around the mall looking for a pair of black ripped skinny jeans. When I stopped by AE, Emily was there to help me. She offered multiple selections of their black ripped skinny jeans to me and explained the differences between skinny, curvy, jegging, high-waisted and super high-waisted. She was extremely kind, professional, accommodating, and helpful. I was finally able to get what I was looking for. Thanks Emily!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It had been quite a while since I stepped into a store inside a mall. I was expecting to be helped by store employees who had very little experience so pretty sure it would not be a pleasant experience...especially since I had to return an item.
Service was actually very good! Smooth return, got the help I needed finding what I wanted and I was even assisted with understanding the new (to me) rewards app.
Only reason this is not 5 stars is the prices...I used to buy jeans at AE at 2 for $50 or similar offers that were pretty much permanent. Now it's $70+ for a pair. Makes me think Old Navy or even Costco may be my next stop for jeans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had such a terrific experience here. The customer service is amazing. Had help from two different employees. Katherine was incredibly sweet and helpful. She made finding different sizes and styles of jeans easy. Told me what size I would likely fit into. In addition to that she also got me a fitting room and exchanged sizes that didn’t fit properly. She fixed the displays and folded clothes I decided not to buy. I also heard her ask another person to let her know when they got out of the fitting room because she wanted to see how great she looked in the clothes she chose to try on. Loved the customer service and will definitely be back to shop here.
