The packaging was very beautiful as well . I can’t wait my daughter to wear this dress on her 1st birthday . They are very responsive on social media & It made us very easy to place an order with them . Over all , I am so happy with the dress . I recommend them to all my family and friends for your kids party wear dresses. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN !!

It was so hard to find event wear clothing for little ones before...I am so glad tie and tiara store is open now and all my friends and family will be shopping here too. Love the customer service and the clothing!

I was on my lunch and decided to pop into Sherway Gardens, I stumbled across this store and decided to go in because we have a wedding to attend this weekend and my son needed formal wear. Now mind you the prices here are ridiculously priced for items that wouldn't even last for years, unless you have children that you can pass them down too, unfortunately in my case I do not. Now when I went into the store and the first thing I ask whenever I shop ANYWHERE is the exchange and return policy because I never want to be stuck with product that doesn't work for me, at the end of the day I'm spending MY money!! The woman at the store advises that I could return or exchange anything that I purchased. I leave the mall as my lunch is coming to an end. I order the suit online for pick up in store at Square one shopping center. Order confirmed, now I go over the weekend to pick up the item, my son obviously seeping in the stroller, I didn't even need to ask the associate at the front desk ( two separate location) advised if it didn't fit him I could bring it back for a REFUND or EXCHANGE. I called the store on Sunday May 15th to advised I would be stopping by to return the suit, now I'm being told I cannot return or exchange the suit. I have sent two emails to customer service and no one has responded, I finally go to there live chat today and its like pulling teeth to get them to respond!! once again sending me bogus excuses, I've asked for the presidents contact information and they refuse to provide this information. I was misinformed by the companies staff on numerous occasions, now I want to return the suit as he will not be wearing it, the tags are still on the items and its all in original packaging, nothing has been worn. He will definitely grow out of it before I ever find an event for him to wear it too!! I would like to return this product for my full refund!! Thread lightly when shopping with this company!! I have yet to get responses!!
