★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into this store and I was blown away, the staff is friendly, they have a lot of toys/clothes for all ages, this place is organized, so many birthday and Christmas gifts purchased here. I have shopped at other baby stores and theres hardly anyone there to help you and the stores are messy, I was helped by Melissa and Cheryl who were both knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful when I went in, I will continue to shop here from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big waste of time, surly and butter woman at the front literally picked all of clothes out of one of our boxes and then dropped it back in and handed it back. There were air Jordan sweats in there XD I asked how she looked through 6 boxes of clothes in 8 minutes and she said "its what I do". Well ma'am, ya don't do it well, lol. They also told me they accept donation when I spoke on the phone and then refused them in the store and the cashier told us no returns and then needed to be corrected. This place is a joke, be careful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the store at 9am to see if they had more of particular shoe in stock that I purchased from them for my daughter that she absolutely loved. They had a whole bunch of them - new with tags from Walmart before. The lady knew exactly what I was talking about - the light up Paw Patrol runners.
I explained to the sales person that I live 30min away and was ready to drive there today to buy it if they had it. I just needed that help from her.
What could have been an excellent customer service opportunity turned into a really negative one. The lady told me she is the only one in the store, and she didn't want to go through the shoes, and they don't do customer shopping. I doubt there were line ups at 9AM, and even if she was helping someone, she could have have easily taken my number and called me back.
I find it amusing that during the thick of COVID, this same store was actively promoting individual items on their Facebook page, checking for item sizes, confirming whether things are in stock now or not, etc. And I have actively supported them during that time. I wonder what has changed since then that they can't even check for an item - a task that would have taken 2 minutes.
Whoever picked up the phone, I hope you enjoyed your morning coffee or scrolling through your phone instead of helping a client and making a sale (or whatever else super important that was happening at 9am on a Thursday morning).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good store but they seriously need to open their change rooms. Every other clothing store has their change rooms open now. They also have a no refunds policy so it makes it very difficult to make sure items fit your child…..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love getting my 15 month old’s clothing from here. Gently used but great prices. Why spend so much money on something he will grow out in a flash.
I have also come in with my nieces and son and the staff are beyond kind and helpful.

I meet the owner Cheryl for the first time and i must say she is a sweetheart, so nice .... I had a great experience, she bought so many things from me and she was great to deal with. The store itself is beautiful. Very clean and the quality of the items in the store is A+. i would highly recommend to go and visit this store, you're sure to find some great kids stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is amazing!!! I can not believe the quality of clothes that I get from here! The owner really has a fantastic standard, not just for her products but also for how she keeps her store! My son can grow through a size in months and within a visit, I can sell the old size back and get a whole new wardrobe in the new size, so easy!!! My son also has an issues regulating his body temperature and I just got 2 Under Armour dry fit shirts for $5 each! Head to toe I know my kid is covered at Kid to Kid!
They also have fantastic costumes, toys and so much more. Direct quote from my 5 year old “this place is better than toys r us!”
