The people working there are very welcoming and let me try as many items as I want. They give honest suggestions based on items I need for performance. I can say that 85% of my wardrobe is Lululemon. The customer service is great and now Lululemon gives the option of buying online to pick up at the store. Definitely a must visit if you go to Square One.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at Square One enjoying a good bagel when I saw that there was a Sale going on at the LuLu so naturally I had to enter, I spoke with an asian associate named Louis or Louisiana, either way she showed me all the products on sale and helped me get the best value for every sheckle I spent that day! Super satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer experience! I ordered a few things from a Canadian store, and half of them came but the other half has gone to Ohio?? Today is Friday and im traveling on Monday, now i got to buy another same things but from a different brand just because i can't rely on your shipping. This was my first and last time spending $500 dollar with you, alphalete make as good quality and I rather pay extra vat and tax than for this poor service. I thought lululemon was about customer experience and consumer centric but its more like customer inconvenience instead. Pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is usually always busy, but you find a good staff and it's worth the crowd. I don't believe they work on commission so when you find a gem, they're genuinely just that lovely. Razan was super helpful while juggling multiple customers. She was professional, polite, and such a joy to deal with. She took her time to help me find exactly what I needed while still helping others. She didn't make me feel rushed while measuring my alterations even though she was also helping another customer. Thank you again Razan! You made my experience here all the more pleasant. Please take note of this wonderful staff Lululemon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone at this store is so helpful and nice, the 2 gentleman at the cash register were very friendly as was the lady in the changing room. Carlos was great helping me select the perfect size for the pants I wanted and the perfect pair of shorts. This location in not the one closest to me but I feel like it’s definitely the one I will be shopping in.
