She was extremely courteous throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Mai if you are planning on buying a custom design suit.

Micheal and Julian are excellent at what they do and explained every step along the way to ensure I understood the reasons and techniques as to why and what they do to provide exceptional service. Great selection of material and designs to choose from! Highly recommend and will definitely purchase more suits in the future. Thanks guys!!

Make sure to ask for Mai to help you with the whole process. As this was my first time with them, Mai was incredibly helpful explaining the whole process. She provided a lot of details and information about different styles. She guided me every step of the way. She is very professional and kind.
I highly recommend getting a custom suit from here. And definitely ask for Mai to help you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from start to finish. Went into the store on a big snow day to try and still get the last minute sale. Most stores in the mall were closed that day but Julian decided to still come into work, and I’m so thankful that he did! I got the exact suit I wanted, the fit is fantastic (after some minor alterations), shipping was really fast, took less than 4 weeks and my alterations only took 2 days!!! Would definitely recommend this location and their salesmen.

She went above and beyond and was super helpful in helping me get the look and fit I wanted for my wedding. From the first time I got in the store to browser options to each subsequent appointment it was great service from Mai.
Would definitely recommend their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to get the suit before I write my review here, so here is what happened I was looking for a suit for my wedding. I went to Moores first because it was recommended to me by my brother, that was an extremely disappointing trip. Then I looked online for other options and I came across these guys, I was pleasantly surprised by the booking system that they have, because when I am shopping for a suit I want to be properly handled by a customer service rep, basically I wanted undivided attention and that's exactly what I got here.
I walked in at my appointment time and was greeted by the best service rep I ever met, her name is "MAI". I am putting it in capital because she is truly outstanding, she greeted me nicely, asked me what the occasion was and she was so knowledgeable, she had answers to all my questions and she also helped by giving me brilliant suggestions. So she spent an hour with me, measuring everything from head to toe and then I paid for the suit and it arrived yesterday (takes about 4 weeks to deliver).
The suit fit me so well I can't even explain, it really is tailored to my body. I have a muscular body so its really hard for me to find a suit that looks good and Mai aced that one for me, her measurements were outstanding and I am truly very happy with my suit. I recommend Indochino to anyone who is looking for a suit, there isn't a better store out there.
