She was so friendly, patient and professional it compelled me to write this review of what is essentially an average clothing store. Her customer service skills are 5 stars and just something you don't experience a lot these days. She is definitely an asset to the brand. Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best experience shopping at Lacoste. As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted right away by 3 employees. Rachel, in particular was able to find me the right style and size that I needed. She went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed! Ranim, was also super friendly and made me feel very welcome in the store. She was always around to make sure I was okay while Rachel was getting me sizes. Lastly, Michael who I found out to be the store manager at this location, made sure my experience was exceptional. He was always on the floor and checked in on me after my purchase to make sure everything fit and went well. Something else that truly made my experience amazing was the fact that when I got home I had received a personalized email from Rachel congratulating me on my new purchase. OVERALL 10/10 experience I would definitely recommend this location and I will definitely be back to buy more stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ selection is one of each size, representative redirects you to so many stores for another item...annoying. same thing all across the board. makes no sense. you buy online, try to return in the store, they don't accept. makes no sense. last attempt at trying, came here November 1st their change rooms are closed. manager may as well work at old navy. so rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Lacoste. My favourite designer brand. Sometimes they have good deals and sometimes overpriced. The store had nothing much in my size. Somehow limited sizes. My dad got a T-shirt and a backpack for a good price and he likes the backpack so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to exchange a pair of shorts for a smaller size, which they didn’t have at the store at that time, and thus, knowing that I either would be stuck with them or find something to exchange them for, I obviously chose an exchanged option: for a pair of tennis shoes (or, so I thought). The diverse group of the employees (3 or 4 girls) led by Bharya, who claimed to be a manager, said I would have to produce a pair of socks to be able to try these shoes on… I was wearing a pair of summer sandals at that time and understandably didn’t have any socks on, never mind being prepared to have a spare pair of socks at the Lacoste store which sells shoes. The only solution the 'manger' had for me was to go somewhere and buy socks or buy those shoes without trying them on first and should the size be too big or small to come back and keep exchanging them for something else…..Disgusting!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girls and I were shopping for a gift for my husband. Employees can't be bothered to help. Sizing isn't like other places so I asked the employee about his size, he looked annoyed I was even talking to him. Anyways sizing was wrong, went back with my husband. A whole new set of sales people, also not helpful at all. All three stood behind the counter without offering any assistance. I don't understand the attitude and lack of training. Too bad because the clothes are nic, however except a life sucking experience.
