★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife was looking for an electric assist bike so we went here. Once inside the manager Rick Rikkerink came over to help and boy does he know his stuff. 20 + years in the bike business and a pretty good rider as well. He listened to what kind of riding she wanted to do and what style of bike she wanted. He had a good selection to look at and went over the pros and cons of all of them. He set her up on the two she liked best. Once she picked one he went over it so she thoroughly understood it's control applications. She was anxious going in but absolutely delighted and relieved coming out. Best bike shop I've been to in a long time.

Have now bought my son's first two bikes here and only wish I could justify one for me! Will return...eventually! Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I were lucky enough to be greeted by Ninh when we came in to the Trek store in Mississauga and have them help us out in picking out a new bike. They were fantastic from start to finish and really made sure that my daughter got a bike that fit her properly, was kitted out properly, and of course that looks super cool. My daughter couldn't be more happy, and I could not have have been more satisfied with the service and advice we received throughout our time in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Martin was very helpful in explaining what was done to my bike and why, for the Tune-up my bike received, and recommended what I would need to get my bike riding great again. He spent dedicated time with me to go over everything and took the time to explain what I should do in future for great bike maintenance. The service was fast, and the rest of the staff at the store was great!

Buying a bike from Trek in Mississauga was such a great experience due in part to the excellent service of the staff at the store, notably, the salesperson, Adam! Adam went above and beyond to answer all my questions and guide me through the process of selecting the right bike. He was truly the best salesperson I have ever come across and made this a memorable experience for me. If you ever stop into Trek, make sure you ask for Adam. He is truly one of a kind!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked into Trek Mississauga to a busy store, but unlike some of the other bike stores I’ve walked into, this store’s employees were attentive to customers even though occupied with others. I spoke with Asa who was very keen on helping me. He took the time to discuss the various types of bikes and what may suit me, but he also respected my own research and my leaning towards a particular type of bike.
I then interacted with Rick who is the store owner. Rick was just as informative, approachable and willing to help. He gave me a good deal despite the circumstances with the biking industry and their short supply.
I finally dealt with Niah- the sweetest girl who is also Rick’s daughter, and you would never guess that. Despite my multiple change-of-mind decisions, and a million questions, she was the most patient employee throughout. She paid attention to every little detail, respected my decisions, offered me amazing sales and service, and asked me the questions that were most relevant in an effort to truly make my experience the best one.
I haven’t even ridden the bike yet, but I’m sure Trek Mississauga will continue their excellent service beyond the sale-point. Looking forward to riding and buying all the different kinds of bikes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was impressed with the expertise and recommendations during my inquiry, when I called this Mississauga Trek store (Rick) in the summer 2021 to verify my choice and price and delivery for two Trek FX2 Disc bikes. During subsequent months, after placing my orders, I continued receiving updates and clarifications for any changes. I felt I have been valued and treated with fairness and respect. I am happy with the new bikes.
My special thanks and appreciation to Vanessa for the pleasant time spent to explain and demonstrate the new bike during my visit on 19 Jan 2022.
I highly recommend Mississauga Trek bike store to everyone.

I went to a few other stores prior to landing at the Mississauga Trek location as I am based in Burlington. I am so glad that I decided to go through the process of ordering a new bike there. When I started the process, we were in lock down and Rick did everything he possibly could to make my experience a good one even with the challenges of not being able to actually enter the store. Rick was kind, professional and incredibly easy to work with. There was ZERO pretentiousness that you would find at some other bike stores (specifically here in Burlington). I highly recommend reaching out to Rick at TREK if you are new to cycling or an experienced rider. There will be no doubt that you will have an excellent experience. Highly recommended! Thanks Rick!
