★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service maybe deserves 4 stars mainly for the cashier and the gentleman that helped getting the product. I only gave 2 because, this big woman, prob their manager/supervisor uselessly came by the cashier as I was checking out, exchanging sizes and yelled "THAT'S NOT SPORTCHEK" on a under Armour item I went to exchange . Fool, do u sell SPORTCHEK brand???? Or do y'all carry VARIETIES of brands. Do u know your products at all? When the cashier was already done entering the order# in the system to process. Just uncalled for & unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service of one staff Azhar works at Ski installation department. Every time before came this location already called to make sure service available. But every time an Indian technician refused to install or wax my equipments for some “good” reasons. One day after , the other technician provided service without any concerns. Feel awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to buy a coat but there were no price on the 2 coats I was interested in. Staff could not find the price, so we left.
Update: Sport Chek contacted me to address my concern.
The manager and a staff member helped me to buy a new coat!
Got the coat within 3 days - I'm very happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to this location looking for snow pants. Upon walking in I was not wearing a face covering due to personal matters. And was greeted normally. While I was searching for snow pants a man came and started verbally assaulting us and went on a rampage searching for an employee to remove us. The employee was polite and asked if I needed a mask and I simply said no. Then the man once again went searching for the manager who also asked if we needed one and said no. The man who was upset then left the store. Later I cane back to ask the manager a question regarding snow pants and the manager said "I won't answer your question" and I asked who else I could ask and he said "I dont know go find someone who actually cares" very professional manager they have...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to two sportcheks prior to this one trying to find a pair of skates. Luckily they had one pair left of the ones we wanted. Called them and they graciously put them aside until we arrived. Showed up just before closing but the guys in the skate shop still took care of us (molded and sharpened). Aidan and Mateo we’re super helpful and ensured a great customer experience. Would definitely recommend this location.

I had a good experience with Isabella, she was very helpful on setting up an online shipment to my home and getting me started with their points program. Overall a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a lot of good brand names there fur shoes and apparel that's for sure. I'm glad hockey equipment has gone down a little in price. The store is clean and staff is very helpful and courteous. They are definitely following covid-19 guidelines. There's plenty of parking as well.
