★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did not have the size in the store so they ordered it online. its been 2 weeks and no shoe. It was for winter boots which they promise will arrive in 3 days. I repeatedly called their customer service which seem to be in India and they cannot help at all. I spoke their supervisor and that did not help at all. They do not know what happened to my order and have failed to re-send it. Later they promised, they will overnight the shoes to me as they do not know may have lost them at their warehouse. Its been 5 days, NOTHING! I am calling again to figure out what they can possibility do. At this point I just want my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to go for shoes. Good variety, with decent pricing. The inside of one of the pairs of shoes I bought started to come out after only wearing it twice. I took it back to exchange it, and they did offer a refund but I wanted the same pair as they were very comfortable. They didn't have my size in stock, so they said they would order it in. I asked if they could ship it to me, and they said of course. 2 days later, I received a tracking number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer support. I may be disappointed that I cannot always find my size but the CSRs are always very capable and efficient. Happily I just got two pairs in the right size. All good. Love this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful staff. They always offer to get the item from another location if they don't have it. Not usually crowded. Generally clean, but nothing particularly pretty or fancy. It's a chain box store. Limited parking, especially if everybody is trying to go to Starbucks next door. Parking lot is also awkward to get in and out of with limited directional access to the adjacent main streets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never really have the correct sizes you need as it is just whatever they have usually from what I’ve experienced. However, their prices are significantly lower than what you would find at say footlocker or another shoe store. In addition to that the employees aren’t all that helpful nor do they offer their assistance without being asked for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went out on a slushy wet day not expecting to buy shoes but I noticed that my feet felt wet. Turns out there was a slight crack in the sole of my shoe. Stopped here and found a nice casual boot for a great price and wore them as soon as I bought them. Their friendly staff even offered to dispose of my cracked shoes for me.

I struggled dealing a bit with head office but when I was directed to come into the retail store Jessica resolved the problem quickly and with exceptional kindness. Thanks so much for your help Jessica... much appreciated !
